ANALISIS DAMPAK PENERAPAN PEMBIAYAAN MULTIJASA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN UMK

(Studi Kasus BUMNagMa Kecamatan VII Koto Sungai Sarik Kabupaten Padang Pariaman)

Abstrak

This study analyzes the impact of multijasa financing on increasing the income of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in BUMNagMa in District VII Koto Sungai Sarik. BUMNagMa provides revolving fund financing based on ijarah contracts for MSEs, especially housewives, who are often constrained by access to capital. Using descriptive qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation, the results showed that multijasa financing succeeded in significantly increasing MSEs' income. This increase is supported by increased production capacity, product quality, marketing expansion, and job creation. Success factors include ease of access, flexibility of funds, improved product quality, business development, and Islamic financial stability. However, a key challenge is the lack of customer understanding of the concept of multiservice contracts (ijarah), which are often mistaken for conventional interest-bearing loans. It is recommended that BUMNagMa improve sharia education and business mentoring, while customers are more proactive in education and responsible in fund management. This research is expected to be the basis for further studies on the sustainability of Islamic financing for MSEs.
