STRATEGI GURU DALAM MENGATASI KEJENUHAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN FIQIH DI MAN LIMA PULUH KOTA

This study was motivated by the problem of learning fatigue experienced by students in fiqh learning at MAN Lima Puluh Kota. Such fatigue arises due to the theoretical nature of the material, the lack of varied teaching methods, and the limited use of engaging learning media. This research employed a qualitative approach with field research design, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that teachers’ strategies in overcoming learning fatigue in fiqh include creating a conducive and enjoyable learning environment, establishing personal approaches to students, applying varied teaching methods, utilizing media and technology, and providing rewards and motivation. Supporting factors consist of government support, school principal encouragement, teacher resources, learning resources, and community interest, while inhibiting factors include the excessive number of subjects, low learning motivation, difficulty of the material, less-varied methods, and monotonous classroom conditions.
